1, Appearance of worm gear box:
1.1The coating of the shell should be uniform, no leakage, air bubbles, blank, accumulation, paint bumps are allowed, and it should be firmly combined with the surface of the covering without shrinking and swelling;
1.2All kinds of fasteners are not under-installed, missed, or incorrectly installed, and there is no cutting residue in the threaded hole, and no shrinkage phenomenon; 1.3Must have product qualification certificate, manual, safety standard certificate, factory inspection report;
2, Worm gear box size
2.1The size, shape and shape tolerance of the installation part meet the requirements of the drawings; 2.2Shaft diameter size,The size meets the requirements of the drawing;
3, Worm gear box performance
3.1In the meshing performance test, the overall rotation should be flexible without jamming, and the occlusal gap should not be too large;
3.2Insulation resistance: less than at room temperature and relative humidity80%Under the conditions, the insulation resistance between the energized parts should be greater than20MΩ； 3.3No-load test Under the rated speed, the forward and reverse operation should be no less than1h;
1-Smooth operation, no impact, no abnormal vibration and noise;
2-There is no oil leakage at all seals and joints;
3-There is no gap impact, dead spots, jamming, smooth movement and no bad phenomena;
As long as the turbine box fails to pass these three aspects, it will not work, so that the product cannot appear on the market. This is a kind of respect for consumers and a kind of trust in their own products.
